Choosing to work with a wedding planner you can free up your time allowing you to concentrate on other things. We do all the foot work, research and manage your budget and calendar for you While you manage your busy daily life you can be confident that we are working diligently behind the scenes to assure that your planning process is running smoothly.
Q: Can you do weddings outside the Washington, DC metropolitan area?
A: Yes, Calla Lily Events has consulted on weddings both in the United States and abroad. In addition, Calla Lily Events offers consulting services for destination weddings. As your planner we act as your eyes and ears and will travel as required to ensure all your needs are met.
Q: Can you do ethnic weddings?
A: Yes, we have planned several ethnic weddings since our beginnings. Calla Lily works closely with engaged couples to ensure their weddings reflect their native culture and traditions.
Q: How does Calla Lily charge?
A: At Calla Lily we charge a fee per event based on your wedding requirements. We do not work on a percentage of your overall wedding budget. You pay for our expertise and professional knowledge. There are a lot of factors we take into consideration when determining our fees. Some of these include the size, location (local vs. destination), scope and logistics of the project.
Q: Can I afford a planner?
A: Calla Lily has several packages that can accommodate the budgeted needs of most brides. In addition, we offer a la carte services that can be purchased at an hourly rate.
